Do you accept exchanges or returns?
We accept exchanges or returns only for major issues (e.g., defects, wrong item sent). Each product is carefully reviewed before shipping to ensure quality. If you wish to exchange an item due to a color preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Minor changes are not eligible for exchange.
