We accept exchanges or returns only for major issues (such as defects or a wrong item sent). Every piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure top quality. Please note that product images are for illustrative purposes only, and actual colors or details may slightly vary due to lighting or screen settings. If you'd like to exchange an item due to a color preference, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Minor variations typical of handmade items are not eligible for exchange.
