📏 Dimensions & Custom Sizes: our standard size features a 20" (50 cm) diameter, measured at the interior base for optimal pet comfort. Need a different size for a larger or smaller pet? We love custom orders! Please contact us directly before purchasing, and we will happily create a custom quote and order tailored to your needs.

🚚 Production & Delivery: each bed is made to order with love. Orders will be ready for pickup or shipping starting the weekend of June 13–14, 2026, onwards.

How to Order Your Customization: Please enter your details in the "Add a note to your order" box at checkout:

1. The Pet's Name (Maximum 10 characters).

2. Your Thread Color choice for the embroidery.

Example Note: "Name: MILO / Thread: Metallic Gold"
